Before you know it, winter will be gone, and we will all be out there chasing that little white ball from hole to hole on our favourite golf courses.

I have created a summary of the costs of playing golf at the top five golf courses in the Bay of Quinte/Prince Edward County Golf Region.

If you like to play most of your rounds at the same golf course, and you golf often, you are usually rewarded with lower green fees at your home course.

Golfers who are flexible and can golf in the afternoon on less popular days of the week will pay lower green fees.

Those golf lovers busy with work, family, and life in general, who can only golf on the weekends pay the highest green fees. You can cut green fee costs a bit by teeing off later in the day, but then you’ll probably miss dinner and that sucks.
